Who is Remotely?
Remotely is a property management company based out of Wisconsin with offices and rental properties in Madison and Milwaukee. Remotely provides fully furnished mid-term rentals for the remote workforce. Learn more about us here.
How long can I stay with Remotely?
You can stay with Remotely for as long as you want! In fact, you’ll receive a discount the longer you decide to stay with us. We do, however, have a minimum rental period requirement of one month.
Will I be required to pay for the entire stay upfront?
No. The first month’s rent will be charged upon booking confirmation to secure your stay. We’ll charge your second payment to the same payment method approximately one month after check-in and monthly thereafter for the duration of your reservation.
What’s included in a long term stay with Remotely?
All utilities, including heat, water, electricity, and internet are included in the rent. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils, dishware, and appliances to make most meals. Every apartment is fully furnished with a work desk and chair, a bed, couches, and more. There are extra towels and bed linens. We also provide complimentary starter bathroom soap, dish detergent, sponges, toilet paper, and paper towels.
What happens if my travel nurse contract is cancelled?
If your contract is cancelled, at worse you will be required to pay the next 30 days of your stay. In this situation we always atempt to get your unit rented and if we are succesful (we usually are) we will reimburse you for the days we have filled. Please see our cancellation policy below:
What‘s Remotely’s cancellation policy?
To receive a full refund, the Guest must cancel within 48 hours of a confirmed booking, and cancellation must occur at least 28 days before check-in. If the Guest cancels more than 48 hours after confirmed booking, or within 28 days of check-in, the Guest will be charged 100% for all nights spent, plus all additional nights remaining on the reservation, up to a maximum of 30 nights, subject to Remotely duty and efforts at reasonable mitigation.

Remotely can be used by a wide variety of people, but our guests are most commonly travelers, nurses and doctors, students, or traveling professionals looking for a fully furnished extended stay rental property!
